We develop and produce high-precision plastic injection moulding tools according to customer requirements and the scope of the project. Taking into consideration service life and quantities, we work with our customers to find the optimum, most cost-effective solution. Our tools are designed in such a way that we can produce high-quality plastic parts with an attractive design on a continuing basis.
In order to sustainably reduce tool costs, we have invested in our very own standard moulds. Since the standard templates already exist, it costs very little to produce the finished tool set. This enables us to provide bespoke tool inserts in a way that is particularly cost-effective.
All this is based on drawings and data compiled together with the customer in accordance with the plastic used. Mould-flow analyses can also be performed in-house. These highlight critical leaks, shrinkages and possible deformations.
Prototypes can be created in a variety of different ways according to customer requirements. Climate cabinets are used to visualise climatic changes to the parts and it is even possible to simulate ageing processes using drying cabinets.
